Interface Multimedia partnered with Hoffman Madison Waterfront to develop a full featured website, a series of animations, and architectural renderings to market the vision for this landmark design by Shop Architects.

A lush urban courtyard defines the center of this project, organizes ‘islands’ of retail and captures unique views out to the Washington Channel. Interface Multimedia created a logo and type system meant to capture the character of this unique building by the water. 3D illustrations, a series of short animations, and virtual reality panoramas were used share the experience of the entry oculus with potential tenants.
