Interface illustrates Monday Properties vision for two new residential towers at 1401 Wilson Boulevard.

Two new residential towers, designed by Shalom Baranes Associates, are proposed to replace the existing 1401 Wilson office towers. The new design will continue the 18th street pedestrian corridor through the site made famous by the Watergate Scandal and is proposed to include new retail and a grocery store along Oak Street.
