New Residential in RosslynPlanning illustrations presented to Arlington County, Virginia in support of Monday Properties redevelopment of the historic office buildings at 1401 Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn.
Designed by Shalom Baranes Associates, 1401 Wilson Boulevard's two proposed residential towers are part of a decade-long effort to redevelop the office buildings on this historic Rosslyn site for Monday Properties. Interface Multimedia has supported the project team on multiple occasions throughout its history, preparing planning illustrations and materials for Arlington County review, investor presentations, and design studies. The project went before Arlington County's Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) multiple times and received final approval from the Arlington County board in July 2026.
