The Shops at Penn Branch

Interface built a brand identity, marketing visuals, and a website for the revitalized Penn Branch Shopping Center in the historic neighborhoods of Penn Branch and Hillcrest.

IFMM worked with Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners to help build a website and brand identity for the new development at Penn Branch. The relaunch of this retail site in Anacostia, Washington will help to support the historic Penn Branch and Hillcrest neighborhoods. The Shops at Penn Branch will host various retail spaces and office locations in the Hillcrest and Penn-Branch neighborhoods, including a top-10 bank, a fitness center, and a convenience store.
