Legence's 2026 Sustainability Report Lives as a Site
Interface built Legence's new Corporate Sustainability site so investors can find and link to a specific number in seconds.
Legence's sustainability reporting used to live in a PDF. In June, Interface Multimedia gave it a site instead: a Corporate Sustainability platform built so a reader can go straight to the section they need, link to a specific page in an email, and return to the same figures next quarter without downloading anything again.

"ESG disclosures are now read by investors as working documents. A page here can be indexed by search engines, linked directly in an email, and cited by its own heading," said Mark Burlinson, Co-founder and Principal, Interface Multimedia.
The sustainability site shares its Services and Solutions templates with the rest of Legence's growing family of operating-company sites, the same template family behind Black Bear Energy's ribbon-cutting page and RE Tech Advisors' Strategy on Demand page. One set of components, built once and reused across companies that each need a site fast.
Legence has been an Interface client since 2023, when the two companies built an interactive 3D timeline of Legence's work reducing carbon emissions across mission-critical buildings. The sustainability site continues that work, with the energy and emissions figures built directly into the page itself.
A PDF report gets opened once, usually around the board meeting. The site gets opened whenever someone has a question about the numbers, which is a lot more often than once a year.
