To facilitate leasing efforts, Interface Multimedia developed a dedicated website focused on the building itself, providing potential tenants with comprehensive information and assistance throughout the leasing process.

Recognizing the need to showcase the unique features and versatility of 1812's floor plates, the leasing team approached us to create immersive VR tours. Leveraging our expertise, we combined high-quality photography of an empty floor plate with a conceptual build-out, showcasing the core, views, and window line. These virtual tours proved particularly invaluable during the early days of the Covid pandemic, enabling remote tours and fostering engagement. We also collaborated with Monday Properties to bring their entire portfolio online through MondayVR.
