R&R Contracting

Your Trusted Minority Workforce Partner

Interface delivered a full rebrand, identity system, and supporting collateral, along with Salesforce integration, a social media program, and Google Ads campaign—anchored by a performance-driven website that unifies two distinct service models under one brand.

Rebrand and Webflow site rebuild for R&R Contracting Utilities — a minority-certified workforce partner and turnkey traffic-control provider serving utility-focused general contractors across Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

R&R Contracting Utilities operates two distinct practices under one brand: a turnkey traffic-control operation serving DOT and utility projects across the Mid-Atlantic, and a minority-certified workforce business supplying skilled crews to help general contractors meet WBE, MBE, DBE, and SLBE requirements. The legacy site blurred that distinction; the rebuild makes it explicit.

Interface led the engagement end-to-end—repositioning the brand, developing a new identity system, and structuring a content strategy that allows each practice to communicate independently while reinforcing a shared operational standard. The Webflow build, developed on a scalable CMS architecture, supports service-specific content, integrated FAQs, and a Mapbox-driven service-area map with corridor-based visualization.

The result is a brand and platform that clarify what R&R does, where it operates, and how it engages—presenting the company as a disciplined, field-ready partner without forcing one side of the business to represent the other.

Interactive Screens

Built in Webflow on the Client-First framework, the site uses a CMS-driven architecture that allows the two business lines—turnkey traffic control and certified workforce solutions—to operate and scale independently. Interactive features include a Mapbox service-area map with a custom highway-corridor heatmap overlay, service-specific FAQ modules, and a content model structured for ongoing SEO and AEO performance.

More Branding

The R&R identity was rebuilt to read as structured, disciplined, and jobsite-ready. The logo system centers on a bold geometric monogram, supported by horizontal and vertical lockups designed for clarity across scales—from site signage to stationery and apparel. At its core, the “+” symbol reinforces R&R’s role as a partner that adds capacity to a contractor’s team rather than replacing it.

The palette is anchored in a confident jobsite red (#d12327) set against deep near-black, with orange and blue reserved for secondary applications. A custom geometric pattern extends the system across digital and physical touchpoints, from social media to vehicle wraps. Typography pairs Bebas for display with Mona Sans for body, calibrated for legibility in field conditions and across small-format collateral.
