Our 4D modeling work helps clients communicate to project stakeholders how a construction project will impact a site over its lifetime. How it worksHow it works
We analyze the 3D model in conjunction with a fourth dimension—time—pairing each component with its scheduled activity. The bar-chart schedule becomes a sequence of buildable moments. Conflicts, sequencing problems, and acceleration opportunities surface visually before mobilization.
Why it saves time and money
Interface 4D scheduling extends the critical-path methodology that construction owners require, by communicating probability of completion for each project component and the risk factors against the end date. Owners and trade partners see consequences, not just durations.
Schedule complexity range
A single phase animated for a community meeting takes hours. A 10,000-activity, 400-week schedule for a complex hospital or transit project takes weeks of structured collaboration with the construction team. We scope to the audience and decision being made.
Construction stakeholders are not the same audience. Owners, financiers, regulators, and neighbors all need to understand sequencing—but at different altitudes. 4D animation lets one model speak to all of them at the resolution each one cares about.
