District Wharf

Interface Multimedia ( IFMM ) and Hoffman Madison Waterfront partner to develop a comprehensive 3D database of the entire southwest waterfront. Interface was in charge of developing a single, comprehensive 3D virtual reality environment of the waterfront property, the District Wharf.

Over the 10+ year effort to make The Wharf a reality, Interface has developed and managed a complex 3D database that our Client, Hoffman Madison Waterfront has used to navigate the entitlement process, build awareness of their brand, and market the project including building-focused films for Amaris, Vio and 1000 Maine. Included below is our 26-minute film highlighting the decade long journey to build and open the first phase of the District Wharf in October 2017.
