1000 Wilson Boulevard

Working with Monday Properties, Interface Multimedia used all of our archviz tools to create a series of illustrations and a VR tour of the new amenities planned for 1000 Wilson. Our work will be used as a marketing tool for the leasing team ahead of construction on the new facility. This effort allowed the design and Client development team to review and reach consensus on the final finish selections.

The facilities include a large conference room which can be divided into multiple configurations. There are also several private boardrooms and ample lounge space with monumental views of Washington, DC across the Potomac River. This type of amenity is part of a trend we have seen with commercial office amenities, new conference facilities designed with higher quality finishes and located more prominently (with a view) to become a unique benefit of the property.
