The Boro

In Spring 2022, Phase 2 of The Boro was approved and is planned to include 543 apartments and a high-rise senior living facility.

Interface worked with The Meridian Group and Street Works in 2012 during the conceptual phase of the project helping win early entitlements and illustrate their vision for a walkable destination in Tysons. During Phase 1, Interface assisted Clark Construction with construction phasing and site logistics for their winning bid to construct the first residential buildings at the Boro. Most recently in 2021 & 2022, Interface helped the Meridian, Akridge, and Silverstone teams create imagery for both the 543 unit, 3 building mid-rise apartment complex and the 198 unit high-rise senior living facility planned for the growingly diverse and walkable site in the center of Tysons, VA.
