Interface and Stonebridge Development produced a new marketing video to win a major GSA tenant.

Interface designed and produced this video to highlight the arrival of NoMA as a neighborhood and Three Constitution Square as a trophy office building adjacent to the Metro's Red Line Station. As a result, Stonebridge was able to secure one of the largest GSA tenants in the DC metro area. The Department of Justice signed a 839K SF lease for two of the buildings.
