Seaboard Station

Interface Multimedia partners with Hoffman & Associates to help illustrate this new mixed-use development project in Raleigh, NC.

Just north of downtown Raleigh, the re-imagined Seaboard Station will be a hub for residents and and non-residents alike. The new development will be a modern twist on the historic location, offering more than 130,000 square feet of retail space and becoming home to almost 600 residents. At Interface, we provided Hoffman & Associates with film, animation, illustration, and retail storefront concepts to help explain the potential of this unique walkable destination close to downtown Raleigh. This unique location just north of the state government complex is near the Moredaci and Oakwood neighborhoods and across the street from William Pace University.
