Award Winning Animation brings Go Coast Guard Logo to LifeInterface animates the new Go Coast Guard Logo helping to highlight the symbols and meaning within.
LMD Agency was tasked with creating a national advertising campaign and new logo for Go Coast Guard, the recruiting arm of the United States Coast Guard. LMD partnered with Interface Multimedia to create a captivating animated logo reveal that would grab the attention of viewers and communicate the Coast Guard's mission to protect, defend, and save. Each element of their mission is symbolized in the new logo and brought to life in the animation below.

Special Effects Process
Interface created a 3D model of the new logo and developed a digital coastline and swirling seas to give the architectural animation context. We worked closely with LMD Agency of Columbia, MD to understand their vision and highlight the symbolic components of the logo and the Coast Guard's mission.
With the storyboards approved, Interface went to work refining the 40-second animated logo reveal. Our 3D artists used finely honed animation techniques to add details, lighting, and motion resulting in a dynamic and engaging visual that captures the spirit of the Coast Guard. The final product was a masterpiece of animation that seamlessly integrated with the rest of the national advertising campaign and was featured on social media for months after release.
